Job Title: Healthcare Cleaner Kerry
Broadline Recruiters are seeking Hospital Cleaning Staff for an immediate start. Suitable candidates must have at least 3 years of relevant experience and 5 years of work experience. We have ongoing work in hospitals and nursing homes throughout Kerry and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will join a friendly and motivated team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in some of the largest healthcare settings. The key requirements are:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience working in a hospital or nursing home cleaning setting, or a high-volume contract cleaning background.
* Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
* An ability to adapt to new healthcare environments.
* Two working references with a minimum of 2 years each.
* A valid work permit to work full-time in Ireland with no restrictions.
* Flexibility with working hours.
* A positive and committed approach to work.
The responsibilities include:
* Daily cleaning of hospital wards and public areas.
* Cleaning and disinfecting handrails, door handles, stairwells, and all surfaces in public areas.
* Deep cleaning of wards following instructions.
* Hovering, mopping, and using a buffer on a daily basis.
* Cleaning non-clinical areas while following hospital procedures.
* Maintaining toilet facilities cleanliness and supplies replenishment.
* Working closely with infection control teams and following hospital guidelines.
* Ensuring food hygiene and health and safety regulations adherence.
