About the RoleBallycotton Sea Adventure is seeking a reliable and organised Tour Supervisor to support the daily operation of our Lighthouse Tours departing from Ballycotton Pier.This role focuses on coordinating daily tour logistics, supervising departures, managing bookings, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the season.The Tour Supervisor works closely with boat captains and management to ensure safe, efficient, and well-organised operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee daily tour departures from Ballycotton PierManage bookings, ticket confirmations, and customer enquiriesCoordinate tour schedules and assist with planningEnsure all tours depart on time and operate smoothlyMonitor weather conditions and communicate schedule adjustmentsHandle on-site ticket sales and payment reconciliationProvide excellent customer service before and during toursSupervise seasonal staff on siteReport operational issues to operation managementRequirementsExperience in tourism, hospitality, or customer-facing rolesStrong organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentConfident communicatorComfortable working outdoors and flexible hoursWeekend availability essentialDesirable:Knowledge of Ballycotton and local tourismPrevious supervisory experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: €17.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
