Role Overview
As the store manager, you will act as the brand ambassador and lead Ireland's second-highest turnover store, aiming to move it to number one.
You will manage the assistant manager, supervisors, and sales assistants, champion sales performance, and create memorable experiences for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Support and motivate the in-store team to achieve daily and monthly targets, identifying opportunities to surpass KPIs and promoting exemplary Pandora customer service.
Maintain a strong retail floor presence, educate and influence the team, and ensure back-of-house activities support commercial execution.
Receive training to become a Pandora product expert, nurture and develop staff through coaching and succession planning, and enhance overall team potential.
Qualifications
Proven experience driving sales and profitability in a retail store.
Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to translate Pandora's local and global strategy into store, regional and division KPIs.
Data-driven mindset: using analytics to identify trends and take action.
Excellent communication skills, coaching high-performing teams.
Adaptability and flexibility to changing business needs.
