We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated culinary leader to spearhead our onsite food operation in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute daily menus, including two hot main courses, a vegetable dish, breakfast offerings, and fresh salads.
* Create modern, fusion-inspired dishes using seasonal produce.
* Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and assist with ordering via internal systems.
* E nsure exceptional food presentation and quality meet the highest standards of a professional workplace environment.
* Stay up-to-date on current culinary trends and incorporate new ideas to maintain a dynamic and exciting offer.
* Oversee all aspects of food safety, hygiene, and compliance.
Requirements:
* Strong knowledge of modern fusion cuisine and ability to innovate menu concepts.
* Confidence in menu planning and managing a solo kitchen operation.
* Proficiency in kitchen ordering and stock management systems (training will be provided).
* Computer literacy and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
* A positive attitude, self-motivation, and interest in creating diverse and engaging dishes.
Candidates should possess experience as a Head Chef in a similar setting and be able to work Monday to Friday without evenings or weekends.
