**Job Description**
As a Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various aspects of mortgage processing, including customer interactions and submissions. This is a permanent position with a leading Mortgage Advisor company.
**Responsibilities:**
• Process mortgage and protection business submissions
• Handle customer update calls and provide support as needed
• Make mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications
• Respond to customer service calls and ask for reviews and updates
• Deal with general customer queries and answer inbound customer calls
• Meet daily activity targets and work within a team to take on administrative duties
• Interact with estate agents, solicitors, valuers, and mortgage lenders
**Requirements:**
• 1 year's experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services environment
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Ability to understand complex information clearly
• Capacity to work well within a team and possess a natural eye for detail
