Office Manager / Accounts Administrator – KilkennyA busy company based in Kilkenny is seeking an experienced and organised Office Manager / Accounts Administrator.This position involves managing the daily operations of a small office and supporting management across a range of administrative and financial tasks.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day office dutiesHandle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondenceManage staff rotas, schedules, and basic HR adminMaintain accurate financial records and assist with accounts payable/receivablePrepare and submit VAT returnsProcess fortnightly payroll (BrightHR / Sage Payroll)Support management with reporting and organisationRequirements:Proficient in Sage 50 and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organisational abilityExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently and prioritise multiple tasksHours: Full-time (Mon–Fri) or part-time consideredLocation: Cuffesgrange, Co.
