We are seeking a Part Time Accommodation Assistant to join the team at the Keadeen Hotel.
Duties
Guest Room Servicing
Clean and prepare guest bedrooms and bathrooms daily to hotel standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, vacuum floors, dust surfaces, and replenish amenities.
Report any maintenance issues, missing items, or damage to the supervisor promptly.
Handle guest belongings with care and respect privacy at all times.
Public Areas & Hygiene
Clean and maintain public areas including hallways, staircases, lifts, and guest lounges.
Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and well-presented throughout the day.
Linen & Supplies
Manage linen trolley and ensure stock of towels, linen, and guest supplies.
Report low stock levels and request replenishments as needed.
Assist in laundry duties when required (collecting, sorting, or folding linen).
Guest Interaction & Support
Greet guests courteously and respond to any requests or queries in a helpful manner.
Inform the appropriate department of any guest complaints or feedback.
Compliance & Safety
Follow all Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Fire Safety policies.
Use cleaning materials and equipment in accordance with training and company guidelines.
Wear the correct uniform and maintain a professional appearance.
General
Attend departmental briefings and training sessions as required.
Work as part of a team to meet daily targets and support colleagues.
Carry out any other reasonable duties requested by management.
Requirements
Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment
High standard of cleanliness and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good time management and ability to work under pressure
Friendly and approachable with good communication skills
Flexible to work midweek, weekends, and public holidays
Shift-based role including evenings, weekends and public holidays
Uniform and training provided
