As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will oversee critical shift operations and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise equipment performance and system efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role is required, preferably within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
