Relief Chef Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Relief Chef to join our team in the Cork area, working Monday to Friday. As a Relief Chef, you will have the opportunity to work with other great Chefs in various settings, including hotels, hospitals, restaurants, contract catering units, and special event venues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparation and cooking of food according to current food hygiene regulations and guidelines.
* Providing a high standard of catering to meet the needs of customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* Up-to-date HACCP and Manual Handling certificates (we can provide training for these).
* A valid work permit to work full-time in Ireland without restrictions.
* A good team player attitude and ability to work under pressure.
* A passion for creating high-quality food.
