Associate - Finance and Corporate Advisory Services / Consulting


Location: Dublin,
Ireland



Qualifications:


1. Master's in Finance or equivalent

2. CFA Level 3 cleared will be an asset

3. 3 to 5 Years of Experience

4. Relevant Experience with international banks,
developers/investors/ funds or similar financial and corporate advisory
institutions will be an asset

5. Experience in infrastructure/project finance is preferred

6. Advanced knowledge of Financial Modeling

7. Strong analytical and multi -language communication skills

8. Basic understanding of Public Private Partnership (PPP)

9. Proficiency in communication and reporting skills in English



Responsibilities:


Transaction Delivery and Project Management:


10. Deliver high -quality work under guidance of the team -lead, meeting
project requirements, timelines.

11. Coordinate with transaction teams to support on -ground project
development, interact with working -level team members of the client and
other stakeholders such as off -takers, lenders, etc.

12. Conduct business valuations and investment analysis through due
diligence and valuations exercises to evaluate businesses for investment
opportunities.

13. Ability to work in multicultural environments and multidisciplinary
team.

14. Participate in negotiations of commercial and contractual aspects
of the projects with banks/financial institutions, contractors, and other
third parties under the guidance of the team lead.

15. Develop an understanding of the commercial and contractual
implications under various contracts, specifically for Project Financing.

16. Support the design and development of best solutions for clients by
gathering information and conducting analysis.

17. Develop knowledge about high -end, complex Financial Models by
analyzing key business drivers and conducting scenario and sensitivity
analysis to ensure compliance with project documents, accounting, and
taxation principles.

18. Prepare reports, IMs, summary, and presentations.


Client Interaction:


19. Interact and engage with client teams to understand their requirements.

20. Respond to client's changing needs and priorities under the
guidance of team lead.

21. Support the team in designing and developing solutions to best
address client's needs and requirements.


Business Development:


22. Conduct research and analysis of sectors, geographies, clients,
competitors, analyze data and write reports to generate Business
Development opportunities.

23. Support in responding to development of proposals requested by
potential clients.
