About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development, Sales, Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead revenue growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across sales, partnerships, marketing campaigns, and social media channels.
The ideal candidate is commercially minded, creative, data-driven, and comfortable working across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
* Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
* Develop growth strategies aligned with company objectives
* Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and partnership agreements
Sales
* Own the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing
* Develop and manage sales pipelines and forecasts
* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Marketing
* Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
* Oversee content marketing, email campaigns, digital advertising, and website performance
* Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data and insights
* Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
Social Media Management
* Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok)
* Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
* Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities
* Track social media metrics and report on growth, reach, and conversions
Qualifications & SkillsRequired
* Proven experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a similar role
* Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
* Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and marketing tools
Preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
* Experience in industry
* Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar
* Content creation skills (copywriting, basic design or video editing is a plus)
