RED C is seeking a highly experienced Quantitative Research Director to lead our research team in Ireland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in project and people management, with excellent influencing skills and the ability to instil client confidence quickly.
As a leader in quantitative research techniques and analysis, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing end-to-end research projects, including sampling, data collection, analysis, and reporting.
You will also be expected to champion innovation in research methodologies and analytical tools, while ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in data handling and research practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 10 years' experience in market research or a related field, with at least 5 years in research management role
* Proven passion for market research and love for discovering why consumers behave the way they do
* Track record in uncovering and delivering insights through best-in-class storytelling
* Excellent reporting skills and first-rate presentation abilities
* Ability to relate insight to strategic business management issues
