The Role
We are at an exciting point in Fitzgerald Power's journey, and as part of nosso ambitious growth plans, we are looking to welcome a qualified tax professional to our Tax team.
This newly created position represents a critical role in shaping the future of our Tax division.
The role will primarily focus on providing our tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
The candidate will have the opportunity to work across all tax heads.

What will you do?
Assisting in the management of a portfolio of income tax and corporate tax clients.
Build and maintain client relationships and provide a high standard of client service.
Working with the Tax Partner and Management team to deliver tax advisory projects, including due-diligence, IP planning, and reorganization assignments.
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments on projects and business development initiatives.
Provide mentorship to junior staff.
What will you bring?
Professional accountancy qualification is preferred (ITI, CTA, ACCA, ACA).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax role within an Irish tax practice.
Strong technical skills to deliver tax advisory services.
Prior experience of working with FDI and personal tax planning cases (desirable but not essential).
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong Microsoft applications skills; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Location: Waterford, Ireland
Flex Working: We offer flexible working hours and operate a hybrid working model [based on the ***** rule; 3 days onsite and 2 set days remote]
Salary: A competitive package will be offered to the right candidate
