Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, site teams, and suppliers.
Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Act as the key point of contact with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear communication at all stages.
Oversee project timelines, cost control, procurement, and risk management.
Provide leadership and direction to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.
Candidate Requirements: Proven experience working as a Project Manager on construction projects in Ireland.
Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations, health and safety legislation, and modern construction practices.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive project delivery.
Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
