Insurance Branch Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of an insurance branch and drive sales performance.

Job Summary:

* Lead a team to achieve sales targets across various lines, including Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines.
* Manage office operations, ensure smooth processes, and maintain compliance with company and Central Bank standards.
* Motivate and coach team members to reach sales targets, handle customer relationships, and develop business strategies.

Requirements:

* CIP qualification (mandatory)
* Experience in people management or team leadership
* Strong background in sales and relationship management
* Able to motivate and manage a team effectively
* Organized, results-driven, and commercially minded
