This role involves working Fridays and Saturdays, with additional hours available to cover staff holidays when needed.
The ideal candidate will have a full driving licence and access to a car, as they may occasionally be required to provide holiday or sick-leave cover in the Gorey store, the Dun Laoghaire store, or other clinics in the surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional welcome to all walk-in customers and patients.
Manage front-of-house duties, including answering queries, taking messages, and supporting the on-site audiologist.
Handle appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and general administrative tasks.
Assist customers with basic hearing aid queries and product information (full training provided).
Maintain accurate clinic records and updates through the internal CRM system.
Ensure the reception and waiting area are tidy, organised, and customer-friendly.
Support smooth day-to-day operations and provide holiday and sick cover in other stores when required.
Candidate Profile Previous experience in a customer service, reception, or front-of-house role is essential.
Warm, patient, and customer-focused communication style.
Comfortable working with older adults and providing reassurance and support.
Organised, reliable, and able to multitask in a small but busy clinic environment.
Basic proficiency with computers and willingness to learn internal systems.
Experience in healthcare, hearing care, or similar environments is a bonus but not required.
