The role is a Cross-Functional Test Lead responsible for planning, coordination, execution, and continuous improvement of end-to-end integration testing across Stores Applications—ranging from Point-of-Sale and inventory management to payment systems and customer-facing applications—ensuring seamless integration and reliable performance in real-world retail settings.
This work directly impacts the reliability of in-store technology and contributes to customer and employee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
In this role you will ensure the flawless operation of our retail systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
Define, implement, and continuously refine comprehensive QA standards, guidelines, and best practices for all retail engineering projects.
Actively participate in and drive the development and execution of robust test processes, strategies, and detailed test plans for all retail software and hardware initiatives.
Define and enhance a strategic roadmap for test automation.
Ensure that comprehensive test plans are integrated into the overall project schedule, enabling the consistent delivery of high-quality product releases that meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in CS or equivalent work experience performing Web manual and automation testing.
Expertise in designing and developing test automation frameworks using languages like Java and Selenium or Playwright and Type Script.
Strong experience performing API testing.
Experience leading a team as a QA lead.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in retail technology with a deep understanding of in-store operations
Experience with Mobile Applications testing
Outstanding team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally.
