Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
Role Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead our team of Contract Managers in managing commercial and technical aspects of client contracts. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to develop key client relationships and drive business growth.
About the Role:
* Manage a team of Contract Managers to assist in the management, development, and optimization of site teams.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize contract margins while minimizing risk or exposure to the business.
* Liaise with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) to ensure all QHSE requirements for managed contracts are satisfied.
* Contribute to the development of the company's strategy, growth, and business plan.
* Anticipate and effectively manage risks and opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in electrical/mechanical/building services, with five to ten years postgraduate experience, or trade qualification.
* Management experience in an industrial utilities environment.
* Demonstrable Health & Safety experience, particularly in a SEVESO or similar type environment.
* Proven record of communication skills between clients, service providers, consultants, and corporate representatives.
* Experience with maintenance and shutdown schedules and budgets.
* Project management of multipurpose projects up to €20 million.
