Overview: The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the daily operation and leadership of our busy restaurant, ensuring consistently high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Working closely with the F&B Manager, you will lead the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience while driving revenue and maintaining cost control. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including service, staffing, and guest experience. Ensure smooth service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner while maintaining premium service standards. Manage table reservations and seating plans for optimum capacity and guest flow. Monitor and maintain all restaurant facilities and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Recruit, train, and mentor restaurant staff to ensure service excellence. Lead by example on the floor, actively engaging with guests and motivating the team. Conduct regular briefings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Schedule staff to meet operational needs while controlling labour costs. Implement upselling initiatives and promotions to maximise revenue. Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure seamless service and menu execution. Guest Experience: Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable guest experience. Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally. Build strong relationships with repeat and local customers. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-volume, quality-focused environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. A passion for delivering exceptional guest service and high standards. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
