Key Responsibilities
1. Provide HR support to designated business units, working closely with HR Business Partners and line managers.
2. Advise and guide managers and employees on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
3. Support the delivery of progressive employee engagement, people management, and organisational culture initiatives.
4. Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, internal moves, and offboarding.
5. Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, commercially focused HR services.
6. Handle HR queries, reporting, and policy advice.
7. Lead and support HR projects in areas such as wellbeing, employee communication, and development.
8. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within HR.
9. Drive execution of the people strategy in line with organisational goals.
Qualifications & Experience
10. Minimum of 2 years' experience as an HR Generalist, ideally within an operations or manufacturing environment.
11. Broad exposure across all areas of HR, including compensation & benefits, employee relations, grievances & disciplinary, recruitment, employee engagement, and wellbeing.
12. Experience in mobility (employee secondments, international transfers, work permits, visas) is an advantage.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and build trusted relationships.
