Job Title: Head of HR
Location: Dublin West
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of HR to join our client's team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will support the HR Director in the development and implementation of best practice HR Strategies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the HR Director in the development and implementation of ER/IR strategies and change management programmes.
* Lead a team of HR professionals in supporting line managers and staff.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiencies.
* Create and promote healthy working relationships.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
Requirements:
* Third-level HR Degree essential; Masters desirable.
* 5 years HR experience at a senior level in a very large organization.
* Minimum of 3 years Supervisory / Management experience.
* PUBLIC sector union experience desirable.
Skillset:
* Senior level HR professional.
* People management experience.
* ER / IR with experience of representation at WRC.
* Ideal public sector experience.
