">Mandatory Skills: To excel in this position, you must have 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, or supply chain management. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others at all levels in the organization. Mastery of WBS Fundamentals and a variety of WBS Lean tools is essential.Location and Travel: This role will be based in Ireland and Germany plants, requiring occasional travel. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a strong gemba-orientation.
