Audit Senior

About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced Audit Senior to join a well-established accountancy practice. This role offers strong career progression and the opportunity to work with a varied client base across multiple sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and deliver high-quality audit and accounting services to a portfolio of clients
Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards
Lead audits for SMEs and regulated entities
Prepare financial statements for larger audit-exempt companies
Mentor, train, and supervise junior team members
Liaise with clients, partners, and internal teams
Prepare and present reports to clients and stakeholders
Handle queries from clients, Revenue, banks, and other stakeholders
Requirements
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
Minimum 2+ years’ post-qualification audit experience in practice
Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards
Experience working with accounting and audit software
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Ability to lead and develop a team
Desirable
Experience with Corporation Tax
Exposure to regulated environments (e.g., Central Bank reporting)
