Job Title: Senior Sales Professional
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prospecting and Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
* Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets, objectives, and weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by your division manager.
* Industry Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and products/services.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline candidate sourcing, compliance, and onboarding processes. Additionally, you will manage and update candidate and client records meticulously within our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 1-2 years experience in a sales role or equivalent.
* Clerical or administrative experience may also be considered.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven.
