What you'll do
Partner Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key financial ecosystem partners, serving as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and operational support.
Technical Integration: Collaborate with partners to define and implement successful integrations, ensuring all technical requirements are met and projects are delivered on time.
Performance Tracking: Establish SLAs and performance standards for partner accounts, use metrics to monitor and improve partner health and satisfaction, and drive technical reviews to improve performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Engineering, Product, and Partner Development teams to support and drive process improvements and technical solutions for partners.
Incident Management: Coordinate with internal teams to manage partner communications and resolve issues efficiently.
Operational Efficiencies: Identify inefficiencies in Stripe's operating model and drive technical and operational solutions.
Training and Support: Provide ongoing training, documentation and support to partners to enable effective use of Stripe's technology and products.
Feedback Collection: Gather partner feedback to inform internal process and product improvements.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner management, technical project management, or business operations, especially managing external partnerships.
Proven ability to drive medium to large technical projects with external partners and cross-functional internal stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to inform decisions.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Willingness to travel as necessary to meet partner needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in banking, e-commerce, or payments; knowledge of payment technologies and ecosystems is preferred.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL and XML.
Experience in a SaaS or cloud-based environment.
In-office expectations
Office attendance expectations vary by location and role.
Some teams require in-office presence to support users and workflows.

Pay and benefits
The salary range for the primary location is €88,000 - €132,000 per year.
Salary ranges may vary by location and may include equity, bonuses or other compensation.
