Key Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.
* Proficiency in construction contracts, such as those under the Public Works Management Framework.
* A proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
* Ability to work independently and contribute to a dynamic team environment.
Project Management Responsibilities
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
* Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet client expectations.
* Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders.
* Mitigate risks and implement contingency plans as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Degree: Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil Engineering.
* Skills: Excellent working knowledge of construction contracts such as forms of Contract used under the Public Works Management Framework. Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
