Join our New Product Development team and play a key role in bringing new food products to market.
We're looking for a detail‑driven and proactive NPD Specification Co‑ordinator to manage product, raw material and packaging specifications for our business, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and great customer outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Create and maintain product specifications (internal & customer).
* Build specs on retailer portals including TQC, Zoom, and Wave.
* Work closely with NPD, suppliers, and retail customers.
* Manage new material specs, technical questionnaires & approvals.
* Ensure products meet customer, safety, legal & quality standards.
* Verify nutrition info and support customer/external audits.
* Stay up to date with retailer COPs, food legislation & technical data.
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years' experience in a technical food product development role.
* Experience working with Irish retailer specification systems.
* Relevant qualification in Food Science, Food Innovation, Food Quality, Food Safety, or related discipline desirable.
* Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail & ability to work under pressure.
* Organised, analytical, and confident in challenging the status quo.
