Enterprise Sales Manager
This role entails spearheading strategic initiatives to drive new business acquisition, expand our enterprise client base, and secure high-value contracts.
* Meet or exceed Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) quarterly and yearly sales targets.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to target and engage with a defined list of enterprise clients.
* Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers, and maintain an active sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation initiatives.
* Ensure the Enterprise pipeline is accurately reflected in Salesforce at all times.
* Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to Head of Sales and Senior Management.
* Shape and influence request for proposals from Enterprise clients.
* Link customer initiatives and pain points with Scurri solutions and demonstrate how our value proposition surpasses other alternatives.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compelling sales presentations with defined value propositions to prospective clients.
* Negotiate and close high-value contracts, ensuring alignment with company goals and client needs.
* Work with internal teams to ensure seamless handoff of signed clients to Onboarding and Customer Success.
* Stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to position Scurri solutions effectively.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, etc., to generate leads and build brand awareness globally.
