Senior Project Manager - Portfolio PMO Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with a strong background in IT Business Change Management, business transformation, and relationship management skills.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a self-motivated individual with technical expertise, coming from an Engineering or Apps Development background to lead cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will be a senior leader who can bridge the gaps between IT and the business, driving collaboration and delivering value.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a team of 4-5 professionals with diverse backgrounds in Business Change, Portfolio PMO, Engineering, and Apps Development.
* Leverage IT Relationship Management skills to foster strong relationships across all organizational levels.
* Apply Agile/Scrum Master skills to drive project delivery and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
* Minimum 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
* A proven track record of leading medium to large-scale transformation programs that deliver significant business value.
* Extensive experience in Data Analytics, Management, and Business Process Improvement.
* Proficiency in interfacing with colleagues at all levels, with a management consultant-led approach.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage engagements for the benefit of the organization.
* Tech background with a deep understanding of Data platforms, including EDW, AI, ML, and reporting.
* Strong Cloud technology background (Azure etc).
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (3rd level).
