Camping & Caravan Reservations AssistantsObjectives of this RoleResponsible for the check-in process in the Caravan and Camping Park and Bell Tent Village. Responsible for the smooth operation in addition to adhering to Health & Safety protocols. Daily ResponsibilitiesPerforming all check-in and check-out tasks. Exceeding all of our guests' expectations. Managing online and face to face reservations. Providing full information about Camping, the Adventure Park and Westport House. Assist customers with access requirements with their bookings. Strong team-working skills. Maintaining caravan and campsite park (regular camp checks). Reporting issues to the correct department. Communicating with Management to keep them informed of any issues that may occur. Ensure health & safety policies are being adhered to on site. Working in a flexible manner and as part of a team which may require unsocial hours. Continue to strive to improve our customer experience.
