* Hotel in Cork As Chef de Partie you are responsible for running your section efficiently, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items to the highest standards.We are searching for Chef de Partie with experience in Bar, Restaurant, Breakfast and also Banqueting as the Hotel is a popular Conference and Event venue.Hands on and enjoys working in a fast paced environment and ability to support service from the front to ensure maximum results during peak periods Passionate and creative, assisting with developing and implementing new menu ideas for special events and changing with the seasons, new Menus for Bar, Lounge, Restaurant and banqueting/Weddings Ability to prioritise, organise and delegate work assignments and to oversee staff performance with prompt follow up where required To promote positive work relationships with Kitchen staff, service personnel and other departments Work with Head Chef to ensure that HACCP is implemented and documented efficiently, ensuring that all standards are maintained, reduce food and energy wastage in the Kitchens To help develop a team spirit amongst all the kitchen staff
