The CompanyThis role is with an organisation that develops innovative and science-based nutrition products aimed at providing nutritional support for patient growth, recovery, and sustainability.The PositionAs aSenior Projects Engineeryou will work within the Packing Department Projects division joining an established team of Engineers in the delivery of improvements with primary responsibility for the integration of Ignition SCADA software to Packing Lines in compliance with current regulatory and company requirements.Understanding of Computer / SCADA SoftwareIgnition SCADA experience a benefit but not essentialUnderstanding in network architectures and elements within the ISA-95 framework model - (Sensors / Motors / Servo drives / PLC's /Servers and Computer Applications)Understanding Industry 4.0Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in EngineeringKnowledge of an Automated Manufacturing Environment (understanding of packing equipment a distinct advantage)Proficient in Microsoft applications - Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, VisioGood mental ability to logically follow a line of though for problem solvingResponsible for ensuring full implementation of all projects in line with site validation programsValidation understanding including GAMP4,5 Core principals & ALCOA+ Principals experience a benefit but not essentialDevelopment and execution of validation protocols (FAT, DQ, IQ, OQ PQ)Execution of change controlsManagement of any project associated Quality issues and CAPA'sThe PersonFollow all Health and Safety Rules and Regulations in the plantMaintain plant safety at the highest level with a zero-accident target and with immediate response and thorough investigation and corrective action for all hazardous occurrences and accidentsIt is important that GMP is a main priority in any operation carried out in this job functionThe Senior Projects Engineer is responsible for consulting any SOP's for any job task he/she may carry out and ensure they fully understand and adhere to the SOPHousekeeping is a critical function of all jobs and the Projects Engineer is expected to ensure all craftsmen working under his/her supervision ensure housekeeping activities are observed and carried out appropriately.
