We have an opportunity for an experienced Front of House Assistant to join Dublin's only street art hotel, The Hendrick Smithfield, Dublin 7. This position is available part time with a minimum of 8 hours and maximum of 39 hours per week dependent on your eligibility and the business needs.
We're seeking friendly team players with great communication skills and individuality. You will help to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction, whilst operating within the hotel brand guidelines, ensuring our unique Hendrick experience for every guest, every time.
A Brief Description Of Your Main Duties Will Include
* Working a range of flexible shifts both midweek and weekend, early and late.
* Ensuring our guest needs are met and expectations exceeded.
* Preparing and serving a range of food and drink items to guests in The Hendrick Bar.
* Processing payments in line with hotel policy.
* Receptionist duties to include check-in and out, answering telephones, helping with guest queries.
* Prioritising and ensuring all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a hotel/food and beverage/reception environment and the correct working rights are mandatory.
