Job Duties
What You’ll Do:
* Cultivate your green team and watch them grow with Davey!
* Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding and exceeding their expectations with superior service.
* Drive multimillion-dollar revenues and branch profitability, and expedite contracts and billing.
* Hire, train, inspire, and develop branch staff.
* Coordinate with account managers and production managers for crew work planning and implementation.
* Participate in associations that promote business growth.
* Focus on customer service, teamwork, communication, ethics, and safety.
Qualifications
What We’re Seeking:
* Love of the outdoors
* Supervisory grounds maintenance experience with strong sales and account management skills
* Knowledge of landscape horticulture management practices and plant materials
* Knowledge of turf, weed, tree, and shrub ID and pathology
* Ability to complete Davey first aid, CPR, and defensive driving courses upon hire
* Valid driver’s license
* Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates, if required by law
