Financial Controller
Location: Donegal (Hybrid).

Are you an experienced finance professional ready to take the lead in a fast‑paced, international environment? ProAmpac Donegal is looking for a Financial Controller to join our leadership team and drive financial performance across our Irish and UK operations.
You’ll manage a team of five, oversee month‑end reporting, lead budgeting and forecasting, and ensure statutory compliance, all while partnering closely with our US parent company. This is a hands‑on role that blends strategic influence with operational control.
Key responsibilities
Leading financial reporting, forecasting and budgeting
Providing insightful financial analysis to support operations
Managing a high‑performing finance team
Driving ERP data accuracy and working capital improvements
Overseeing audit, tax, and compliance activities
What we're looking for
CIMA (or equivalent) qualified with strong post‑qualification experience
Background in manufacturing or a similar dynamic industry
Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and ideally SQL
A proactive, detail‑focused, and commercially aware mindset
