About this role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with business experience and multi-disciplinary functional expertise in financial risk activity.
The successful candidate will drive strategic remediation efforts for financial risk issues across the organization.
This role will collaborate closely with senior management to identify and manage senior management issues.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review and challenge critical Regulatory/Audit remediation initiatives.
* Identify gaps in the organization's responses and remediation initiatives.
* SUPPORT program managers to deliver remediation programs through constructive engagement.
* Assess improvement opportunities that can be leveraged cross functions / business lines / locations.
This role will work closely with senior management to ensure support provided is robust and aligned with remediation activities undertaken.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in financial services, specifically in operations or a financial risk area.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, planning skills, and ability to handle multiple competing priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills displaying ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to lead without authority as needed.
