Key Responsibilities
* Lead delivery of complex, multi-stream implementation projects spanning technology, operations, and business process change.
* Gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
* Manage project governance, timelines, costs, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
* Oversee third-party vendors and technology partners, maintaining accountability for deliverables.
* Track and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies while managing change requests and scope adjustments.
* Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration across teams.
* Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and project management practices.
About You
* Proven experience managing end-to-end technical projects or programs, ideally in the payments or financial technology sector.
* Strong understanding of payment gateways, fraud management systems, or transactional platforms.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships.
* Solid technical acumen and logical problem-solving approach.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with software development lifecycles.
* Experience working with third-party vendors and managing contractual deliverables.
