Service Coordinator, Limerick
Our client is a mechanical contracting company specializing in HVAC and industrial refrigeration. They are seeking to recruit a Service Coordinator for their service department. The role involves working closely with Service Engineers (Refrigeration and Heating Ventilation AC Units) to coordinate service schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, as well as managing Service System data entry and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling of service and maintenance contracts with clients and service engineers.
2. Data entry into the service scheduler.
3. Ensuring timely receipt and management of service engineers' check sheets.
4. Managing service contract check sheets internally and transferring them to clients.
5. Collaborating with the stores department to ensure availability of tools and calibration equipment.
6. Maintaining holiday trackers for service engineers to ensure resource availability.
7. Supporting management in software implementation.
8. Coordinating client callouts to the main office.
9. Maintaining all service contract calibration schedules, especially for gas detection.
10. Reporting key performance indicators to the contract manager.
11. Communicating effectively with clients and internal personnel daily.
12. Creating and editing service check sheets as needed.
Skills & Requirements:
* Experience or understanding of working in HVAC, Refrigeration, Engineering, or Construction environments is beneficial.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in PC skills and customer service IT systems.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Mechanical background is helpful but not essential.
