We’re recruiting an HR Business Partner for a specialist business unit in a dynamic, fast-evolving organisation. You will be given the opportunity to provide both strategic and operational support that will help shape the people strategy, drive performance and have a real impact on the business.
What you’ll do:
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy.
* Lead workforce planning and talent management.
* Coach managers on performance, retention and development.
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit.
* Present HR insights and metrics to the board.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as an HRBP or senior HR professional.
* Strong influencer, coach and communicator.
* Resilient, adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
* Experience with HR systems (AdvancedHR or similar desirable).
Qualifications:
* Relevant third-level qualification in HR, Business or related field.
* CIPD membership is a plus, not essential.
