Job Description:
As a Senior Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in designing and developing interactive and insightful Power BI dashboards and reports. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories and actionable visualizations.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about turning data into actionable insights, adept at problem-solving, and an excellent communicator across all levels of the business. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
This is a 6-month contract rolling contract.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design best practices.
* Strong experience in SQL for data extraction and transformation.
* Ability to create detailed and accurate user stories based on stakeholder input.
* Excellent communication skills, able to present findings and recommendations to a diverse audience.
* Skilled in problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional data visualizations and dashboards.
* Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and information gathering capabilities.
* Experience or understanding of healthcare data and workflows is a plus.
* Comfortable working in agile or iterative development environments.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Economics).
