Fire – Product Analyst – Dublin (Dogpatch Labs, CHQ) / London (Eagle Labs, Shoreditch)

Responsibilities - what is the role?
As a product analyst you will be working closely with our Chief Product Officer, development team and other stakeholders from across the company. You will be responsible for the design and definition of payment services and features of the Fire product. You will gather information, analyse data, design solutions and document requirements. Your key success metric will be the delivery of agreed features that create a compelling payment service.
The role entails:
* Taking responsibility for project delivery, you will manage projects from scope and design, through development and into production, being accountable for outputs – scope, design, plans etc.
* Being a solid technologist, understanding and working with developers to deliver outcomes.
* Planning, organising and managing yourself to a high standard, producing high quality and clear outputs.
* Engage across the organisation to ensure all stakeholders are involved as needed throughout the project
* Work with suppliers, partners and clients to ensure successful outcomes.
What should you have?
You will have at least two years’ experience in product and project management, with a degree. You should have strong organisational skills that will enable you to plan and coordinate your work across multiple projects, activity streams and teams. We expect you to take a logical approach to understanding problems and to be a clear and concise communicator.
Experience of working in payments would be a distinct advantage, such as knowledge of clearing systems, accounts, payments, FX, Open Banking and cards.
