We are seeking a skilled Overhead Crew to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including assembling materials, digging and filling pole holes, and flagging traffic. You will work closely with other crew members to ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects.

* Job Summary:
* We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Overhead Crew to lead our team in performing new construction, maintenance, or repair work on energized and de-energized overhead lines.
* About the Role:
* The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical distribution systems and be able to perform tasks such as setting poles and anchors, maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and tools, and assisting with troubleshooting.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance, or repair work on energized and de-energized overhead lines.
* Assemble materials on the ground and hoist them into the work area using handlines and other safe methods.
* Assist other crew members digging/filling pole holes and trenches using a shovel.
* Flag traffic and set up job sites as directed.
* Maintain organization of tools and materials on work vehicles.
* Perform setup, clean up, and organizing of job sites.
* When aptitude is demonstrated and work allows, may receive training in the operation of vehicles, light equipment, and tools.
* Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Frequent climbing or balancing.
* Frequent lifting and/or maneuvering up to 40 pounds.
* Occasional lifting and/or maneuvering up to 75 pounds.
* Closing vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
