Projects & Infrastructure Lawyers – NQ+
An established top-tier Irish commercial law firm is expanding its Projects, Infrastructure & Energy (PIE) team and is seeking talented lawyers from 1 year PQE up to Senior Associate level to join its growing practice. The team advises on some of the largest infrastructure and energy projects in Ireland, working with leading public and private sector clients across transport, housing, energy, healthcare, utilities, and data centres.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team tackling some of Ireland’s most significant infrastructural challenges — from the energy transition to the housing crisis.
The Opportunity:
We’re looking for lawyers with an interest or experience in:
* Public Procurement Law
* Construction Law
* Infrastructure, Renewable Energy and Technology Projects
* Dispute avoidance and resolution
You’ll have the chance to work alongside experienced partners and gain hands‑on exposure to complex, high‑value projects.
Typical Work Includes:
Public Procurement:
* Advising on all aspects of procurement law for public and private clients
* Supporting public bodies on major procurement processes and tender documentation
* Guiding tenderers on bids and contract negotiations
* Assisting with procurement challenges and enforcementStaying current with developments in procurement regulation
Construction:
* Advising clients through all stages of project delivery
* Drafting and negotiating major project contracts (RIAI, FIDIC, NEC, etc.)
* Advising on risk management, claims and dispute resolution
* Managing disputes through adjudication, mediation, arbitration and court proceedings
* Staying abreast of legal and regulatory developments in construction
About You
We welcome applications from:
* Qualified solicitors with experience in Procurement and/or Construction law
* Newly qualified lawyers with a genuine interest in these areas
