Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the daily operations of the Restaurant
* Delivering high standards of Customer Service
* Overseeing all aspects of service and service staff during operating hours
* Meeting all financial goals set
* Meeting departmental targets and objectives
* Setting work schedules within budget
* Co-ordinating closely with kitchen staff
* Implementing company policies and procedures
* Ability to work well as part of a team and efficiently under pressure
* Willingness to work flexible hours required for the job to include evening and weekend work
* To operate the till in line with till operation and cash handling procedures
* Proficient English language to include reading and writing
