Role: Trainer

Working hours: 24/7, 40 hrs

Office: Full-time onsite, Dublin 04

Note: Night shift work requires completing a health assessment. Continued employment depends on fitness to work night shifts.

Mandatory: A valid Full-time work permit.


What we’re looking for:

Passion for delivering world-class support; ability to perform well in a dynamic environment across multiple teams.


Responsibilities:

1. Provide biweekly performance overview of the Training team.
2. Oversee trainers, onboarding, and report to the client Training Team.
3. Develop strategies to improve quality metrics.
4. Analyze onboarding performance accuracy.
5. Identify knowledge gaps and recommend training improvements.
6. Oversee certification processes in coordination with Business Partners.
7. Conduct trainer observations and review processes.
8. Ensure KPI adherence.
9. Participate in training meetings and global calibration sessions.
10. Support training planning, scheduling, and delivery.
11. Manage all training program aspects from design to evaluation.
12. Identify appropriate curricula for strategic initiatives.
13. Collaborate on training plans and follow-up.

Qualifications:

* 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role.
* English proficiency at C1 level.
* BA or equivalent experience.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency with computers.
* Experience with fraud workflows (desirable).
* Experience in B2C environment preferred.
* Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Customer service orientation and ability to work independently.
* Presentation and facilitation skills.
* Adaptability and motivation.
