Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Support Engineer located in Carlow. The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Daily tasks include system administration, help desk support, and maintaining hardware and software. The role also involves conducting site surveys, installations, and managing IT assets.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Experience with hardware repair and maintenance
* Flexibility to work in a 24-hour response environment
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
