Content & Channels Manager
In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day:

Digital Channel Ownership & Governance: Own and manage all internal digital channels (ZING app, Your Voice/Peakon, screens, email, career sites), establishing clear governance, standards, and alignment with brand, tone, and strategy.
Global Editorial & Content Leadership: Lead the global content strategy and editorial calendar, ensuring high-quality, audience-first storytelling that drives engagement, advocacy, and awareness of business priorities.
Content Standards & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Embed consistent content formats, workflows, and standards across markets while partnering with key functions (Brand, HR, Digital, Sustainability) to create impactful campaigns.
Performance & Channel Optimisation: Drive continuous improvement in UX, accessibility, adoption, and engagement, using analytics and insights to optimise content, channels, and investment decisions.
Strategic Partnerships & Integration: Collaborate with internal teams, platform owners, and external stakeholders to align messaging, leverage technology, and enhance the overall colleague communication experience.
Leadership & Capability Building: Lead and develop the Content & Channels team, strengthening in-house content capability, improving ways of working, and reducing reliance on external agencies while maintaining high standards.

Digital Strategy & Platform Expertise: Extensive experience leading digital content and channel strategies, with strong knowledge of internal communication tools and corporate digital ecosystems.
Governance & Standards Development: Proven ability to establish and manage content frameworks, tone of voice, and governance models that ensure consistency and quality across channels.
Data-Driven Optimisation: Skilled in using analytics and insights to drive measurable improvements in engagement, adoption, and overall channel performance.
Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Strong influencer with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions, senior leadership, and external partners to deliver aligned outcomes.
Leadership & Capability Building: Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching, and developing teams, while building internal capability and reducing reliance on third parties.
Innovative, Audience-First Mindset: Strategic, commercially aware, and curious about digital trends, with a passion for clear, engaging communication and delivering impactful colleague experiences.
