Our SAP practice is experiencing an exciting period of growth.

We help our clients tackle their most difficult challenges by implementing SAP solutions that enable business transformation and deliver real value.
You will become a key member of our SAP team, focused primarily on the delivery of SAP services to one or more of our multiple large clients implementing SAP S/4 HANA, with a secondary focus on support and broader practice development.
Your Key Responsibilities
Implement SAP S/4 HANA projects and programs that support business operations.
Define key project activities, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements to achieve project objectives.
Follow and establish project governance tools and methodologies for planning, executing, and monitoring assigned projects throughout all phases – Prepare, Explore, Realise‑Build, Realise‑Test, and Deploy.
Manage the execution of an integrated plan across multiple workstreams and teams.
Oversee, define, and monitor critical path activities and resolution.
Implement and lead effective change management activities for impacted stakeholder communities.
Provide ongoing reporting of project performance to Director and stakeholder communities.
Manage risks, issues, priorities, and dependencies, ensuring clear communication of mitigation options to the Director and Project Steering Committee.
Learn about accelerators such as SAP Model Company or EY's Pre‑Configured Industry Solutions for potential use as design accelerators on client engagements.
Senior stakeholder management and manage client expectations.
Support the development of the SAP practice, including leading internal team activities, and facilitating external client events.
Skills and Attributes for Success
Strong project management skills including planning, execution, and monitoring of data management projects.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex data concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to identify areas of risk, carry out an effective review and know when to refer upwards.
Experience in leading and mentoring teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ability to build strong client relationships and professional networks.
Outgoing with good relationship skills and the ability to deliver quality output.
Being able to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
A third‑level qualification in Computer Science, Mathematics or a related discipline, or relevant experience related to the position.
7+ years' experience successfully delivering SAP projects in both internal teams and client‑facing environments, demonstrating strong stakeholder engagement and end‑to‑end project leadership.
At least 2 years' proven experience leading SAP implementations in a consulting environment, with direct responsibility for project delivery and client engagement.
Proven experience in leading team planning for all project phases.
Strong ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, adopting a collaborative and supportive approach.
Skilled in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organisational goals.
Proven ability to build and leverage relationships with senior‑level clients.
Adept at facilitating cross‑functional collaboration and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.
Ideally, you will also have:
SAP Certified Associate Project Manager certification.
Experience with full asset lifecycle management using EAM capabilities in S/4 HANA.
