Sales Executive Opportunity We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role will involve developing business relationships with customers, managing key accounts and increasing sales through focused market segmentation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Manage key accounts and increase business through targeted sales efforts
• Advise customers on product technical benefits
• Meet or exceed personal and team sales targets
• Research sales opportunities and generate new leads
• Attend sales events and training to stay up-to-date on industry developments
• Provide reports and territory analysis to management
• Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory on CRM
• Develop in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio
• Collaborate with internal colleagues as part of a cross-functional team
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar sales position
• Degree-level qualification or equivalent
• Proven sales experience with a track record of over-achieving targets
• Experience working with CRM packages
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven individual
• Ability to multitask and ensure projects are completed to a high standard
• Identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities
• Confident discussion of product benefits and features
• Good communication, organisational and administration skills
