Job Title: German Sales Renewal Representative

Job Type: Permanent Full Time (Mon-Fri), Training is 100% onsite

Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid model 2 days from home per week, 3 days in the office)

Salary: On Target Earnings €45,000 + further uncapped commission earnings for exceeding targets

We are currently hiring a German Sales Renewal Representative to join a growing service solutions company based in Dublin City Centre. You will join a global company with state-of-the-art modern offices based right in the city centre and work with a small specialised team. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in maintaining and continuing our relationships with existing clients. We are seeking a dynamic individual who thrives in a sales environment and excels at building rapport with clients, understanding their needs, articulating the value of our services, and negotiating contract terms to ensure a seamless renewal process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate that has excellent relationship, interpersonal, negotiation skills with strong attention to detail and a high standard of client management experience.

Responsibilities include:

1. Manage key accounts and provide a high level of customer care, anticipating clients’ needs by delving deep and renewing contracts within an existing client database.
2. Develop strong internal and external relationships with customers & come up with innovative ways to continually enhance the customers’ experience.
3. A track record in meeting and exceeding targets and ensuring working in a fast-paced environment.
4. Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
5. Communicate with external parties through negotiation and renew agreements.
6. Prepare proposals, negotiate contract renewals, and execute presentation packages with 100% accuracy.
7. Navigate complex compliance requirements and operations procedures that differ with each client and jurisdiction.
8. Administration and use of CRM systems.

Candidate Profile

1. Optimal for 1-2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, telesales, and/or account management.
2. High levels of motivation, enthusiasm, and an innovative approach.
3. Excellent telephone manner is essential.
4. Good team player with a flexible and cooperative attitude.
5. Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.
6. Strong administration and MS Office skills.
7. Must be eligible to work full time in Ireland.
